Compared 2.4G wifi and 5G wifi
The 2.4G and 5G mentioned in WIFI refer to the frequency band being G Hz. 2.4G is a wireless technology. 5G signal bandwidth is wider, the wireless environment is relatively clean, there is less interference, the network speed is stable, and 5G can support higher wireless speed; 5GWIFI disadvantages: 5G signal frequency is higher, and the attenuation is greater when it spreads in the air or obstacles. The coverage distance is generally shorter than 2.4G signal.
From the above advantages and disadvantages of 2.4GWIFI and 5GWIFI, it can be seen that the two are almost complementary. The signal of 2.4GWIFI is good but the bandwidth is smaller than that of 5GWIFI.
